I've been tagged

Ok, I'll admit it I am not big on purses, therefore I have a small worn out purse which I need to get rid of. Who knows when that will happen? Here's my purse and the stuff inside minus the sanitary supplies because we really don't need to see those.

List of items in my purse: my wallet, pictures of my children, cell phone, keys, 2 pens, lotion, Starving Student Card, wipes, gum, lip stuff (a must), a mint, one of my girls hair clips, a sample of fabrics that I want to decorate around, and my Sam's Club card.

Ok here are my favorites in American Idol. I know it's not fair because they didn't really spotlight everybody, so for now these are the ones I like. I'll make my prediction of the top three when we get down to the top 12. I know I'm a dork.

A trip to the Dentist

Yesterday was Sadie's 2nd trip to the dentist to get her cavities filled. Sadie being Daddy's little girl wanted Kurt to take her to the dentist, so Jess, Cassie and myselft went to Walmart instead.

8:30am = Sadie was getting a little impatient and wanted to get there.
8:50am = Appointment with the dentist

Since I wasn't there I'm not exactly sure what happenen, but Kurt told me that they increased her sedation medicine because she wasn't doing so well.

10:30am = Kurt entered his parents house carrying Sadie who was screaming her head off.
10:35am = Kurt had 2 heads and 4 eyes
10:50am = Kurt had 4 heads with one behind him, and the others following one of the heads, oh and he had 99 eyes.
11:15am = Kurt was back to normal with 1 head and 2 eyes,we drove home.
11:30am = Sadie told me about the dentist and how it was weird because he didn't fix her teeth, just looked at them after giving her medicine. She then told me how she loves going to the dentist.

I love the sedation medicine.

My Stuff

We'll miss you!!!

It was definately alot easier saying goodbye to my parents the second time around, knowing how much they love serving missions. After hearing many stories and meeting many missionaries that they grew very close to while serving in the Baltics, I am very excited for my parents to serve another mission. Bulgaria is very lucky to have my parents.

I had to throw in this picture of my Grandma Andersen's 98th birthday party. We had fun going to her party last friday and watching her blow out the candles on her cake. Happy Birthday Grandma!!!

Correction

So when did they add a 4th verse to I am a child of God? After looking through the hymn book, going online, and calling Mandy, we figured out that there really is a 4th verse to I am a child of God in the children's songbook. I wish I would have known this before I tried to correct my daughter, sorry Sadie! So yes, I am the dumb mom who doesn't know the primary songs as well as I should. I don't have the actually words to the 4th verse in front of me, but thanks to Mandy, it goes something like: Celestial glory shall be mine, if I can but endure. So Sadie was pretty close with: slush it glory shall be mine, if I can button doors.

This is what Sadie sang to me this morning and when I tried to correct her she told me that she learned a different verse at church and that mine was wright but so was hers.
