"I have the MOST EXCITING NEWS for you..." is what Sadie said to almost everyone she called the second after she lost her first tooth. It was a long battle. After convincing herself that her tooth was loose for almost a year, it actually started to wiggle about two months ago. Finally, she could join the toothless grin club, which she so desparetly wanted to be a part of, since all her friends were long time members. Then it happened, she finally lost it. I'll never forget how excited she was, running down the stairs holding her prized possession in hand and shouting that she lost her tooth.

Yay! Kevin has a tooth that is sooo loose, but he doesn't want it to come out. He thinks teeth should grow with you like the rest of your bones and not come out. I told him that tonight, we are going to pull it whether he wants to or not! Good for Sadie!

Tessa...I'm the same as you. Jacey (and I) were both freaking out to have a tooth out! It was such a battle. too bad, we have lots more teeth to go...

Sadie, That is sooooooooooo cool that you lost your tooth. I have a question though, Did it hurt? Maybe another question, What did it taste like when you ate your tooth, or did you keep it to show all of your friends? I'm really proud of you pulling your tooth all by your self. I would have been scared, but you must have been really tough. Love ya lots.

Oh my goodness is this the same little girl I held in my arms the September before Tyler & I were married? Holy cow, I'm feeling old! My niece's tooth is really, REALLY loose right now but she's still a little too scared to pull it out. You did what I did when I had loose teeth; just yank it out 7 get it over with. :)

She has grown up so much since we had her in our class! So cute!
